Malak Store Messaging is an internal application used to help manage communications and customer purchase events associated with the Malak Store Instagram professional account.

Information we process

When the application interacts with Instagram and Meta services, it may process information made available through the Instagram API, including:

• Instagram account identifiers and usernames.
• Conversation and message identifiers.
• Message metadata.
• Message content when technically necessary to provide the service.
• Order and purchase information entered by the store administrator.
• Purchase value, currency, date and related conversion information.

How information is used

Information is used only for legitimate business operations, including:

• Managing customer conversations.
• Associating customer conversations with orders.
• Recording confirmed purchases.
• Sending permitted conversion events to Meta through the Conversions API.
• Maintaining and securing the application's operation.

The application is designed to process and retain only the minimum information reasonably necessary for its intended functions. Message content is not used for advertising resale or unrelated purposes.

Sharing of information

We do not sell customer personal information. Information may be transmitted to Meta Platforms through Meta APIs when necessary to operate Instagram messaging functionality or record permitted advertising conversion events.
